Darren is always going to be on the press release as a main cast member.
So just because he is listed in “Heart” unfortunately doesn’t mean he’s going to be on screen.

The cast lists released for episodes have been wrong on multiple occasions, so don’t get your hopes up TOO much. This isn’t a confirmation that he’s in the episode, so don’t treat it that way. Just hope, but don’t expect him to be there or you might be very disappointed.
